Payment & Refund Policy
Any employer deposit or commercial search retainer is subject to our written recruitment mandate terms.
1. Candidate Zero Fee Policy
Candidates are never charged for recruitment, registration, or placement services. As zero fees are charged to jobseekers, no candidate refund obligations or fee disputes exist under UK employment agency regulations.
2. Corporate Client Retainers & Invoicing
Recruitment mandates commissioned by UK employers are governed by commercial Terms of Business signed between AVENHOLT and the client organisation. Invoicing is conducted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) against defined milestones (e.g. commencement retainer, shortlist presentation, or candidate start date).
3. Corporate Replacement Guarantees & Credits
In the rare event that an appointed candidate leaves employment within the agreed guarantee warranty window (typically 30 to 90 days as stipulated in the client's corporate schedule), AVENHOLT provides a free replacement search or credit note in accordance with the signed commercial mandate agreement.
